| Year 2011 Our Al- Khobar Office is currently involved in the following industrial projects: 400KV Substation at Silla , U.A.E Supply & installation of HVAC system for Control Building and GIS building. The system consists of large size packaged units, ductwork & DDC stand alone type of controls with separate control panels for each building. 380KV Substation at Jubail-2 for Royal Commission Supply & installation of HVAC system for Control building, GIS & Switchgear rooms. The system consists of central chilled water plant, pump room & air handling units and air distribution ducts in each building. Control system is the DDC stand alone type with separate control panels for each building. 380KV Substation at Manifa for Saudi Electricity Co. Supply & installation of HVAC system for Control building, GIS & Switchgear rooms. The system consists of large packaged type A/C units and air distribution ducts in each building. Control system is the DDC stand alone type with separate control panels for each building. 132KV Substation at Dammam area for Saudi Electricity Co. Supply & installation of HVAC system for Control building and Switchgear rooms. The system consists of large packaged type A/C units and air distribution ducts in each building. Control system is the DDC stand alone type with separate control panels for each building. Jubail Export Refinery, package - 5A for Saudi Aramco Total (SATORP) Supply & installation of HVAC system for support facility buildings mainly Control building, Process Interface buildings and Substations. The system consists of large central split DX type air conditioning units using R-134a refrigerant. Controls are of the DDC stand alone type with separate control panels for each system or building. Some buildings are classified and blast protection is required on all outside wall openings. Gas detectors and chemical filtration is used for all fresh air systems since atmosphere might contain certain toxic gases. |
